In my work as a business advisor with small businesses all over New Zealand, I’ve found so many of them are doing so many right things, but don’t have the systems, processes and checks to build a profitable business

Here’s what I believe our businesses need to do for us:

2. Give us back time for us, and with the people we love
3. Give us holidays and time to breathe, relax and unwind
4. Support us, and provide for us
5. Build something that is solid and can run without us needing to be at the centre of everything.

That’s what I love helping my clients work on.
